For over 25 years, today’s guest has been one of the most accomplished forces behind the camera in Hollywood, and she has done it quietly, brilliantly, and without anyone handing her anything.

Nandi has worked as a Production Assistant, Assistant Director, Director, Writer, and Producer for Disney, Fox, Universal Studios, Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, and Sony Pictures. Nandi was on set for some of the most iconic films in American cinema.

Nandi was chosen from 500 talented directors at ABC/Disney Directing. She has directed eight short films two of which aired on Showtime and HBO.

And through her leadership at the Directors Guild of America, she spent two terms as Co-Chair of the Women’s Steering Committee and now serves as Co-Chair of the DGA Disability Committee. And recently appointed: Alternate Member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA) National Board
